*** JOB DESCRIPTION

• Working with shipping lines, airlines, foreign agents to check import/export freight rates and book seats for export/import shipments

• Handling cargo related issues until the goods are on board

• Contact booking agent for air/sea shipment, send shipment information to customer.

• Receive VGM/SI from customers and issue B/L; AWB to customers and confirm information related to HBL between customers & shipping lines; Airlines

• Contact shipping lines, warehouse to check arrival date, submit manifest

• Follow up the booking until the customer closes the goods, ships the goods and delivers the goods to the recipient

• Enter data into the system, send delivery notices and make delivery orders/authorization papers.

• Make payment request for shipping lines and related parties

• Coordinate with the sales department to deal with customers and process all information at the request of customers

• Resolving customer/agent complaints

• Support Sales Staff to consult and negotiate with customers.

• Perform tasks, report work to direct manager

*** JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Graduated from University or College in related discipline

- Preference will be given to candidates with good English skills

- Priorities given to recent graduates

- Withstand high work pressure

- Proficient in the use of office computers (Excel, Word, E-mail...)
